Mixed Berry Chutney
Use frozen fruit to make this delightful, summery chutney.

- 3-4 navel oranges, peeled and rough chopped use 3 if large or 4 if medium oranges
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 16 oz frozen mixed berries I used Kirkland brand blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry blend
- ½ cup raisins unsweetened
- ½ cup Concord grape juice unsweetened
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice lemon juice can be substituted
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to thicken, 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool in pot. Transfer to jar and refrigerate.
